We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Guidelines of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (hereinafter referred to as "We") is a company duly established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and is domiciled at Wisma Tugu II Building, 2nd Floor, Jl. HR. Rasuna Said Kav. C7-9, Setiabudi, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia.

This Privacy Notice explains how the Personal Data that you, as a Prospective User (hereinafter referred to as "You"), provide will be used and protected during the Processing of Personal Data for the purposes for which it was collected. This Privacy Notice outlines your rights as well as the reasons why and how we process your Personal Data.

A. Sources of Personal Data Collection

We collect your Personal Data through the registration form and email enrollment form that you complete via the Pertamina Mobile Token application of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.

B. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

The legal bases we use for processing the Personal Data of prospective users registering for Pertamina Mobile Token are as follows:

  1. Personal Data is processed after the User provides consent through the registration process and the use of the system.
  2. Processing is carried out to comply with laws and regulations related to electronic system security and personal data protection.
  3. Personal Data is used to provide the two-factor authentication (2FA) services required to access Pertamina systems.

C. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

  1. To verify user identity through 2FA and TOTP mechanisms.
  2. To facilitate registration, login, account recovery, and credential management.
  3. To link the user's email identity with other applications or systems within the Pertamina ecosystem.
  4. To monitor activities to prevent illegal access, account misuse, or hacking attempts.
  5. To prevent, detect, investigate, and address prohibited, illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or criminal actions, including but not limited to fraud and deception.

D. Personal Data We Collect

We collect your Personal Data through your registration process as a user, and the data we collect is limited to the following:

  1. Username or Organization Name – used for account identification.
  2. Email Address – used as a login identity, for account verification, and for integration with other applications.
  3. Password – used for authentication when accessing the application. Passwords are stored in encrypted form.
  4. Security Questions – used for account recovery purposes.

The application does not collect GPS location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive data beyond what is required for authentication purposes.

E. Personal Data Protection

  1. Personal Data Storage – All Personal Data we collect through Pertamina Mobile Token is stored in encrypted form, using appropriate security levels and procedures.
  2. Personal Data Access – Access to Personal Data is restricted only to authorized internal parties who require such access for operational purposes.

F. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Pertamina Mobile Token application does not share Personal Data with third parties except in the following circumstances:

  1. When required by applicable laws or regulations.
  2. When necessary for security integration with Pertamina's internal systems, in accordance with proper authorization.

G. Collection of Personal Data from Minors

If you are under 18 (eighteen) years of age and unmarried, you confirm and warrant that your use of our services has been approved by your legal guardian.

  1. To access your Personal Data.
  2. To update or correct inaccurate information.
  3. To submit a request for account deletion in accordance with internal security policies.
  4. To contact support if you experience access or security issues.

This Privacy Notice may be updated from time to time. You will have the opportunity to review your consent to any updated Privacy Notice, and you have the right to withhold such consent. However, please note that if you choose not to provide consent, you will not be able to use Our Services.
