Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pertamina Mobile Token, provided by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (hereinafter referred to as "We"), a company duly established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and domiciled at Wisma Tugu II Building, 2nd Floor, Jl. HR. Rasuna Said Kav. C7-9, Setiabudi, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. These User Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the services we provide.

These Terms constitute an agreement that must be read, understood, and accepted by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "You") before accessing and/or using Pertamina Mobile Token. These Terms may be amended with a newer version as required by prevailing circumstances and conditions. Any such changes will be communicated to you. By accessing and using the Pertamina Mobile Token Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You may access and use the Services only in the manner permitted under these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Pertamina Mobile Token.

Please read the following Terms carefully before accessing or using the Pertamina Mobile Token Services.

A. Definitions

Pertamina Mobile Token Application refers to a mobile-based two-factor authentication (2FA) solution developed to enhance security when accessing Pertamina's systems. By generating time-based dynamic one-time passwords (OTPs), the application provides an additional verification step beyond standard login credentials. This reduces the risk of unauthorized access and ensures compliance with enterprise-level security standards.

B. Privacy Notice

Before you proceed with the use of Pertamina Mobile Token, we recommend that you take a moment to read Our Privacy Notice regarding how we process the Personal Data of our Users.

C. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old or legally married to use Our Services.

D. Registration Requirements

Registration requirements through mobile devices can be completed using the application that can be downloaded from the respective app stores for iOS and Android operating systems. Prospective Users are required to complete the following form:

  • Username or Organization Name
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Security Question

E. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content available on Pertamina Patra Niaga, including but not limited to text, images, logos, icons, source code, designs, trademarks, technology, databases, business processes and models, audio, video, and software, is the property of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga and is protected by copyright laws and applicable intellectual property regulations under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part or all materials on the Pertamina Patra Niaga Partnership website without written permission from PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. Any act of copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any material from this website without authorization constitutes a violation of Intellectual Property Rights under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

F. Governing Law

The Pertamina Mobile Token Services are subject to and governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We may, at any time, amend, update, and/or add to part or all of these requirements in accordance with future business needs. Any disputes arising from the use of these Services will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

G. Dispute Resolution

  1. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the Pertamina Mobile Token Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through deliberation and mutual agreement.
  2. If such deliberation fails to reach a final resolution, all parties agree that the dispute shall be resolved through the competent local District Court.

H. Indemnification

You shall release Us and any third parties involved from any claims, demands, or compensation obligations, including all liabilities, consequences, material or immaterial losses, demands, expenses (including attorney fees), or other legal responsibilities that arise or may arise due to Your breach or negligence in complying with these Terms, improper use of any features and/or Services, and/or any other violations of applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

I. Your Declarations

  1. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years old or legally married, are not under guardianship or custodianship, and that you legally have the capacity and the right to be bound by these Terms.
  2. You agree to access or use the Pertamina Mobile Token Services solely for the purposes specified in these Terms, and not to misuse or use the Services for fraudulent purposes, to cause inconvenience to others, or to conduct any actions that may or are deemed to potentially cause any form of harm to others.

J. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you discover that another party is using your account unlawfully and/or without authorization, you may report such information through Pertamina Call Center 135 or via email at pcc135@pertamina.com to request that your account be blocked.

We strive to minimize any loss you may experience due to your negligence that may allow other parties to access and/or use your account.

We may take reasonable actions, without prior notice, to safeguard your security and legal interests, including but not limited to account termination, account suspension, requests for additional information, and other actions based on applicable laws and regulations.

In addition to your responsibilities, you also hold rights as a User of Our Services, which you may exercise in accordance with the provisions stated in Our Privacy Notice.

K. Our Limitation of Liability

Under certain conditions, there may be direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential issues, including issues related to information, personal data, or other losses (even if We have been informed of the possibility of such issues), resulting from violations or unauthorized access to Pertamina Mobile Token, its features and/or Services, as well as other matters on the Partnership website committed by you in a manner that contradicts these Terms or applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

We will continue to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are available for your use; however, certain conditions may occur, including:

  1. Our Services may not be accessible or usable by you.
  2. Our Services may experience disruptions caused by damage or illegal attacks, directly or indirectly.
  3. Our Services may not always succeed in providing accurate information.
